1.	PHP Developer
	Requirements: • 3 to 4 years minimum working experience of building object- oriented PHP applications, with appropriate portfolio of work • Knowledge of OS Commerce is preferable. • Understanding of web accessibility, web standards and visual communication. • Advanced knowledge of UNIX operating system (primarily Linux) and Apache. • Advanced understanding of MySQL database (developer fundamentals).
2.	Search Engine Optimizer
	Requirements • Graduate in any field with at least 1 Year experience in Search Engine Optimization and Link Building. • Good communication skills. • Should be able to handle SEO campaigns independently. • Basic Knowledge of HTML and Dream weaver / Frontpage • Evaluate effectiveness of all Search Engine and link campaign programs. Important Attributes • Candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing various off page optimization strategies through Search Engine Submissions, Directory Submissions, Link Exchange, RSS syndication and other off page initiatives. • Google Page Rank Acquisition • Creating Google and Yahoo Sitemap’s • Work on quick search engine indexing of website’s • Dmoz Submissions– Should be able to create relevant title and description for dmoz. • Knowledge of SEO reporting and SEO tracking • Understanding of Search Engine spider behavior
3.	Web Designer
	Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in communications or other discipline related to the primary responsibilities and at least one year of experience in web design, of which a minimum of one year producing table-less, XHTML, standards-compliant cross browser, and gracefully-degrading code and a minimum of one year experience with DOM scripting and Movable Type. • Experience working in a communications/ public relations environment, particularly in a university setting, highly desirable. • Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, and of digital imaging and illustration with Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress and Illustrator with formal training an asset. • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with Macromedia Flash. • Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design, and experience with web database solutions definite assets. Must have working knowledge of the following: • Macromedia Dreamweaver • Adobe Photoshop • HTML • CSS
